1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using bonusphere.com ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About Bonusphere
Bonusphere is an independent casino-review guide and rewards-club for Canadians. We are not a gambling operator: we do not accept bets, deposits, or wagers; we do not host, broker, or facilitate gambling transactions. We publish editorial reviews of casinos and operate a free virtual-currency rewards club. Some outbound links to casinos and other services are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you register at a casino through them, at no additional cost to you. Commission does not influence our editorial ratings or rankings.
3. Eligibility
To use the Site and the rewards club you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (19+ in BC, NB, NL, NS, ON, PE, QC, SK)
- Be a resident of Canada and physically located in Canada when you use the Site
- Be legally permitted to access casino-related content and rewards-club services in your jurisdiction
- Not be self-excluded from our Site or from any casino linked to your account
By registering, you confirm the above.
4. Geographic restrictions
Bonusphere is intended for residents of Canada only. Use of the Site is prohibited where access to casino-related content or gambling promotion is unlawful in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with the laws of your location.
We may, at our discretion, block or limit access from regions where such content is restricted by law. If you access the Site from outside Canada, the Site may not display correctly and the rewards club may be unavailable to you.
5. Your account
- You must provide accurate, current information when registering
- One account per person. Multi-accounting is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all coins
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent
- You may close your account at any time from the Profile page
6. Rewards Club and virtual coins
- Coins are virtual loyalty points with no inherent cash value outside the Site's redeem store. They are not currency, securities, or a financial instrument.
- Coins can be earned via daily check-in, the wheel, missions, referrals and partner activity, per the published rewards rules. Rules may change from time to time with notice.
- Coins can be redeemed only via our redeem store for items we make available (currently: raffle tickets for our prize draws and Premium perks; additional items such as exclusive casino bonuses may be added).
- Cash and gift-card payouts, if and when offered, are subject to availability, identity verification, anti-fraud checks, and a minimum-balance threshold described in the redeem store and rewards rules.
- Coins are not transferable between accounts and have no value upon account closure.
- Pending coins mature into spendable ("cleared") coins after the period stated in the rewards rules (currently 14 days). This pending period is part of our fraud-mitigation framework.
- We may adjust coin balances to correct errors, reverse fraudulent activity, or address violations of these Terms.
7. Referrals and partner program
- Both the inviter and the invited member may earn coins per the published rules — typically only after the invitee performs a qualifying action ("activity gate"), to prevent fake-account farming.
- The following are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account closure: self-referral, paid referral schemes that misrepresent Bonusphere, incentive-stacking from third-party "get-paid-to" sites, fake accounts, and any form of referral fraud.
- The partner program offers a lifetime % of qualifying spend by your referred members, per the published tier structure. Tier rules may be revised with notice.
8. User-generated content (reviews, bonus reports)
- By submitting content to Bonusphere (review text, bonus reports, comments, etc.) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, store, display, edit, translate, and adapt your submission for editorial and promotional purposes related to Bonusphere.
- You confirm that your submission is your original work, is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
- We may reject, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion (including for accuracy, tone, or relevance).
9. Affiliate disclosure
Some links to casinos and other services are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and register or make a deposit at the destination service, we may receive a commission. Commission does not influence our editorial ratings or rankings. We score every casino on the same six pillars (see our About page for our methodology) and review brands without affiliate deals to the same standard.
10. Prohibited conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Create multiple accounts, abuse the rewards system, or attempt to defraud the coin economy
- Use bots, scrapers, headless automation, or other automated tools to interact with the Site
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Site or our infrastructure
- Post unlawful, harmful, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or knowingly false content
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation
- Use the Site to promote unlicensed gambling operations or other content that violates Canadian law
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or other users' enjoyment of it
11. Responsible gaming

Members can request a cool-off / self-exclusion period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) at any time from the Profile page. During self-exclusion the account is locked.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (reviews, editorial, logos, layout, code) is owned by Bonusphere or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish without our prior written permission. Brand names and casino logos referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used here under nominative fair use for review purposes.
13. Termination
- You may close your account at any time from the Profile page
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the rewards system, are reasonably suspected of fraud, or for any other reasonable cause
- Upon termination, unredeemed coins are forfeited and the account is locked. We retain limited data per our Privacy Policy (e.g. for legal/accounting reasons).
14. Disclaimers
- The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the Site will be error-free
- Casino bonus terms change frequently — always verify on the casino's own site before depositing
- No casino-game outcome can be guaranteed. Past performance of any casino, bonus or strategy is not a reliable indicator of future results
- Information on the Site is provided for general information and entertainment — it is not financial, legal, or gambling advice
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Bonusphere and its operators, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed CAD $100.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonusphere, its operators, employees and agents from any claim or demand arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising from these Terms, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue in your home jurisdiction.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our services or applicable law evolve. Material changes will be announced via in-product notice and (for registered members) email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
